3.1 Damaged or Defective Durian If you receive durians that are damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos of the issue, including the damaged durians and packaging, to assist us in promptly assessing and addressing the situation.
3.2 Incorrect Orders In the rare event that you receive an incorrect durian variety or quantity, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue by sending the correct durians or processing a refund.
