The first stop takes you to Durian Boat's durian processing factory, where you can learn about the durian processing journey. You can witness how durians are cleaned, processed, packaged, and shipped to various parts of the world, starting from the orchard to the factory.
There's also a mysterious place where you can experience sub-zero temperatures, an icy and cold durian storage facility, and even a towering durian along with snowflakes! It's a place that leaves every visitor awestruck and is an absolute must-try!

Riding in the back of the off-road vehicle, we're headed to the orchard! The journey is rugged, especially when reaching the top of the hill, where you can see rows of lush durian trees below. The mood lifts with the picturesque scene!
Stepping into this durian orchard, the sunlight illuminates enticing fruits. The subtle scent of durian wafts through the air, accompanied by the crisp calls of birds and the symphony of insects, creating a harmonious melody in the orchard. It allows people to relax and truly enjoy nature.
Every tree in the orchard is laden with strings connecting to the soon-to-fall durian fruits. Additionally, black nets are suspended to prevent the durians from hitting the ground, ensuring the shells remain intact and preserving the overall quality of the fruit.
Arriving at a small pavilion in the durian orchard, the staff prepared to showcase the art of opening durians for us! This pavilion is not specially decorated or adorned; it's a place where the staff takes a break after tending to the orchard. Enjoying freshly opened durians here creates a wonderful atmosphere!
The staff explained each variety of durian, from mild to strong flavors, eating them in a specific order to showcase the unique taste of each variety.
Turns out, there's an art to eating durians!
In the atmosphere filled with laughter, the durian buffet came to an end. Putting on safety helmets, we embarked on an exploration of the orchard, discovering every unique spot within.
Rather than a typical durian tour experience, it felt more like spending a day playing in the orchard with family. There were no specially organized activities; instead, it was about wandering around, experiencing an unprecedented orchard visit. The warm hospitality of the friendly orchard owner and staff, along with the chance to interact with some domestic animals like chickens, ducks, and dogs raised by the orchard owner, created an intimate and authentic experience of orchard life.
The orchard owner treated us to a restaurant meal as a well-deserved reward after their usual busy day. We experienced their simple and genuine way of life. The dinner might not have been extravagant, but it carried a rich cultural essence, making us feel like we had seamlessly integrated into their daily lives.
It was a fulfilling and enriching durian immersion journey, providing a deep understanding that, though humble, the orchard owner's life is filled with genuine warmth.
